2. Vice-Convenor: The Vice Convenor supports the Chapter Convenor in their duties and assumes leadership responsibilities in their absence. They may also oversee specific initiatives or programs within the chapter.
3. Secretary: The Secretary is responsible for maintaining records, correspondence, and communications related to chapter activities. They facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure that minutes are accurately documented and distributed to members.
